So I haven't been alseep. And I've been blog hopping and internet shopping. Now my head is starting to hurt. Lady GaGa is kinda a nasty beast. But in a good way. I think I'm drunk off sleepiness. I've been gone for a minute because my Granddaddy died on the 24th. I was there the day before and I just knew he was going to be fine. I had no doubt in my mind that he would recover. I'm still in denial that he's gone but I'm doing better than I would have expected.
So in his memory I got my second tattoo; which is a heart with wings on my left shoulder.

I now know how my boos ( Britt & Tee ) felt when they lost their loved ones. Just something else that makes our bond stronger.

Will I ever?

So...I'm sitting here @ 1:30 in the morning watching Love&Basketball for the fourth time in two days and I've come to realize just how empty my life feels. Every time I watch it I think about the first time I saw it at the movies. I think about the person I saw it with and I wonder how in the hell did we grow apart?

Then I think about all of my friends dating and meeting new dudes. What is it about me that makes me so different from them? Why is it that dudes can approach them and not me?

Why do the ones who I consider fine continue to stare a hole in my face but never speak? Like am I that eye-boggling that you can't fucking speak to me?

And if ONE MORE person tells me that my time will come I am going to punch them in their throat!

I seriously doubt that anyone can relate to the way I feel almost everyday. I'm starting to think I'm just destined to be alone. And until I have more smiles than tears, I'm going to continue to wonder "Will I ever?"

So I made it back to the ODU
missed my first two classes cause I think I had food poisoning.

Cry no more

So today was a very emotional day for me.
I 've been working on my Informative Speech in Public Speaking class forever, and
I was ready to do my thang thang but my
printer didn't work so that was f*ck up #1.
Then I got up late this morning so I was three minutes late and then I started
crying. ( f*ck up #2)
I know you like
"why the hell is she crying?"
well I was already nervous because it was my first solo speech and it's usually
30 people in my class. So I was like having a mini panic attack.
So I never went in the class but my teacher saw me in the hallway
and talked me into doing the speech Monday. She is the most
understanding teacher I've had in college.
AND nobody came to class so there was like 10 people in class
I would have been fine.

This moment just helped me realize that I am not in high school
anymore and this lil girl emotional shit is in the way of my success.
Clearly I was a weak b*tch today.

Hopefully I can get myself together before I self-destruct .
